Providing weekly recipes for free, even videos to show you exactly how to whip up the ones that are just that little bit more complicated. Most of our recipes are healthy and delicious, although we like to throw in a few treats here and there for you to enjoy too.
Healthy Scrolls
Ingredients:
Dough:
2 Cups Self Raising Flour
1 Cup Natural Yoghurt

Filling:
2 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
1 Cup Spinach
4 Slices (Chopped) Short Cut Bacon
1/2 Cup Mozzarella
*Ricotta can be used in replacement of Mozzarella*

1: Combine self raising flour and yoghurt in a large bowl.
2: Once properly combined, halve mixture and place one half onto a flat surface ready to roll.
3: Roll dough out into a square.
4: Spread Pizza Sauce and add toppings as you desire.
5: Place into air fryer for 10 minutes or over for 13-15 minutes.
