Our weekly yoga flows will have you feeling fresh, zen, and grateful.
At Elba, we want to give you the ability to train hard, whilst also making sure you're keeping your mind at ease through yoga, pilates and mindfulness. Each week we want to give you a yoga flow to reach your ultimate zen. These yoga flows, although calming, will also build your overall strength, allowing you to focus on your breathing and connecting your mind and body.
